You can even break up your journey at any station on your route with most of our Anytime tickets. Return journeys have to be used within five days of the date shown on the ticket. Your outward journey can be completed on any train on the date shown on your ticket. You can book single or return tickets (also called Open Return tickets). Anytime tickets have First Class options available and can be used in conjunction with a range of Railcard discounts. With no need to book your seat, you can travel on any train at any time. You can book your ticket in advance or simply buy it on the day when you arrive at the station. CrossCountry Anytime tickets give you the freedom and flexibility to travel at a time that suits you with no time restrictions.
